3. SMS / Text Messaging

Our platform uses SMS text messaging exclusively to send operational notifications to our own employees and field technicians. SMS messages are used for the following purposes only:

  • Schedule updates and job assignment notifications sent to employed field technicians
  • Work order status updates sent to authorized personnel
  • Operational alerts related to active job assignments

SMS Data Sharing Policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS messages are sent solely for internal operational purposes to our own employees and authorized personnel.

Recipients of SMS messages from our platform are employees or authorized contacts who have provided their phone numbers as part of their employment or business relationship with us.
