By accessing or using the Titan FSM & CRM platform ("the Platform") at https://titanfsm.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all authorized users of the Platform, including administrators, supervisors, field technicians, and sales personnel. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Access to the Platform is granted solely by authorized administrators of Titan FSM & CRM.
Titan FSM & CRM is a proprietary field service management and customer relationship management software platform designed exclusively for internal business operations. The Platform provides the following functionality:
The Platform is a business-to-business (B2B) internal operations tool. It is not a consumer product and is not intended for use by the general public.
Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who have been granted an account by an authorized administrator. Authorized users agree to:
Unauthorized use of the Platform, including but not limited to accessing data outside your assigned role, attempting to circumvent security controls, or using the Platform for personal or non-business purposes, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
The Platform may send SMS text messages and in-app notifications to authorized users for operational purposes including, but not limited to, schedule updates, job assignment notifications, and work order status changes. By providing a phone number and using the Platform, authorized users consent to receive such operational communications.
SMS Communications Policy: SMS messages sent through this Platform are strictly operational in nature and are sent only to our own employees and authorized personnel. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
To opt out of SMS notifications, contact your administrator or email us at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on operational needs.
All data entered into the Platform — including customer information, job records, employee data, and operational records — is the property of Titan FSM & CRM and is used exclusively for internal business operations. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose unrelated to our field service operations. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform, including its design, features, code, and content, is the proprietary property of Titan FSM & CRM. Authorized users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for their assigned business purposes. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
All information accessible through the Platform, including customer data, pricing, job details, employee records, and business operations data, is confidential and proprietary. Authorized users agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information accessed through the Platform and not to disclose such information to unauthorized parties during or after their period of authorized access.
The Platform is provided "as is" for internal operational use. While we strive to maintain reliable and accurate service, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Titan FSM & CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for access to the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Authorized administrators may terminate or suspend any user's access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination of employment or authorized status, access to the Platform will be revoked. Users whose access has been terminated must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Titan FSM & CRM is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Administrators will be notified of material changes to these Terms.
